We offer two options:

Classic Metanya - Solid oak wood, no cushion.

Premium Metanya - Solid oak wood with a 100% velvet cushion for extra comfort

As each bench is carefully crafted, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

If your order is over $200, shipping is completely free.

For orders under that amount, we ship through Sendle, which automatically calculates the best rate based on your location and package size. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your order.

Each Metanya bench is handcrafted and made to order with care. Because of this, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or custom/personalised engravings.

If your bench arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at contact@metanya.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs, in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
