Cancellation policy

Metanya Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Metanya, we craft every piece with care and intention. Some of our products may be offered as pre-orders to help us manage limited-edition releases and ensure responsible, small-batch production.
This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.


Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is currently in production or on its way to our studio.
Depending on the product, we may:

  • Collect the full payment at checkout, or

  • Collect a partial deposit and charge the balance once your item is ready for dispatch.

You may request to cancel or change your pre-order any time before your order has been fulfilled (i.e., before it has been shipped).
Once your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled; however, you may still request a return or refund in line with our Return Policy.

If any changes to estimated dispatch dates occur, we’ll notify you promptly via email.


Subscriptions

We currently do not offer subscription-based purchases.
If this feature becomes available in the future, updated terms will be published here.


Try Before You Buy

We do not currently offer try-before-you-buy options.
All purchases are final once fulfilled, subject to our standard Return Policy.
